It will be held as a festival where the traditional woodwind instruments of the participating countries will be introduced, to see what materials are made with the narration of the master and live performances of the musicians who use that instrument best.

It is supported by the decision of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, dated 10.04.2020 and numbered 167027.
